He's one of the prisoner's BB took from ID he showed up at MF with them.

Only his DF (if he has any) hasn't been revealed yet. Unless I'm missing something here?

Strangely enough OP wiki says he was once a monarch of a country in North Blue, but got disposed of due to misruling.

First he was shown was during the War of the Best when BB made his appearance. Second time was when the BB Pirates captured Bonney in the New World. I think this is the 3rd time now.

Yeah i decided to google him a moment ago to check his history. Its wild how i didnt remember him at ALL. Curious to see his full powers along with the other BB pirates in action post TS.
