1. Reaction: Godly.
She shows the ability to recognize Sasuke's teleportation almost instantaneously. Use Naruto's own movement as a reference to tell how quickly she's able to react. The second-to-last panel shows Sasuke winding back his sword, meaning Sakura either noticed before Sasuke could wind back his sword or during the time Sasuke takes to wind his sword back.
For an idea of how long it takes for Sasuke to wind his sword, look at Naruto in the panel where Sasuke has left Naurto alone then look at the Naruto in the panel where Sasuke is winding back; Their poses are almost exactly the same, which indicates Sakura could see the smallest of RSM Naruto's movements. That is RSM level capability!
2. Speed: Godly.
This is the most expected one. Her ability to dodge the area the paw first targeted. There's no need for me to link the scan of BOTH RSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke failing to dodge the predictably moving paw, but for some reason people deny this meaning anything. But to prove that Sakura is just THAT fast, let me use another panel.
Naruto and Sasuke respond as immediately as possible once they could process what was happening. You know how long that took? Two steps. Look at her feet and count how many times they alternate before Naruto and Sasuke gain the "tak" sound effect that signifies their movement. I don't think this needs any more elaborating since it already makes it blatantly clear that Sakura's speed is dazzling, but I'll take this further.
You know what else took two steps? Sakura evading the paw! Count how many times she skips from the paw. The implication is a great one. Naruto and Sasuke couldn't respond faster than Sakura's initial two steps and now you know why. If they couldn't dodge nor physically react to the paw, how could they react before Sakura's two steps which did evade the paw? This also qualifies as a reaction feat. That's A-grade RSM level speed and reaction.

The fact that she can perform an attack on Madara before Sasuke or anyone could intercept is proof enough. RSM Naruto could intercept the Truth Seeking Ball that targeted Gai, Naruto could intercept a kunai slash that Sasuke launched at Sakura, and Kakashi could intercept Naruto and Sasuke clashing jutsu on the rooftop. All three held one fact in common: None of the interceptors were as close to the scene as Naruto and Sasuke were to Sakura. Sakura's attack speed is too much and ya'll know it strikes like a meteor already. RSM level once again.
