I honestly do not understand this, in the old days it was easier. I have always thought that Rinnegan is the main strength of the eyes, and now we have Tenseigan, Ketsuryūgan, Rinne Sharingan, Jogan, Delta eyes and this! Too many eyes, and it is unclear when their number will end.
