I've got mixed feelings. The anime has aspects I miss in the manga, but the opposite applies as well. For example I think this chapter portrays Jiren's motivation much better than the anime, which was rather flat and uninspiring.

I think the ToP started a lot better in the manga, and then seemed to get rushed to get to the ui jiren fight. I’m still surprised they off paneled the gohan/ Kefla fight.

And that's what I love about the anime. They gave almost all the characters some amount of screen time, while in the manga many got one-shotted or completely ignored.

I wouldn't describe it so much as rushed though as this series has the tendency to make huge jumps through the plot.
