Hey, I found a good list of Obito's speed feats that I want to share with you guys. He's super fast!
Reaction/Combat feats
502 p8-9: He reacted to Minato swinging at him
502 p8-9: He grabbed Minato mid-swing
502 p12: Obito managed to pull a full 180 and grab Minato in his chains
566 p12: obito managed to dodge a chakra arm
595 p7: Obito pulled a 180 and killed KCM Narutos shadow clone that was mid-run and it couldnt react or run away in time
595 p12: Obito plants his gunbai between some rocks and pulls himself out of the way of an attck that was initially laumched behind him
595 p16: Obito wraps the gunbai chain around Naruto(who is about mid-distance away) and yanks Naruto toward him before he can react
595 p18: Obito reacts fast enough to a Raikiri kunai to let it pass through him, then is able to kick it at Naruto
596 p12: Obito reacted fast enough to phase through Naruto's Rasengan while it was inches from his hand
609 p5: Obito wraps wraps some wood release completely around Naruto and gets inches away from grabbing Kakashi
Travel feats
POSSIBLE 502 p17 & p13-14: Obito seems to run as fast as Minato. At the very least he is close to his speed since Minato couldnt speedblitz him.
595 p7-8: Obito turns around and runs a few feet to get in Naruto's face before Naruto could finish his step while Naruto was midrun.
595 p15: Obito chases after Naruto who cant put any distance between them
595 p20: Obito dashed away to 2 different rocks while Kakashi and Naruto appear to not move when they were in free-fall
628 p6: Obito travels about the same distance from his portal to the ground as Naruto did from his inital position
