If Madara Sama can then somebody who got an handout Rinnegan from Hogaromo can. The Rinnegan 6 paths use the body as the medium for the jutsu, however the unique powers Ameno and Limbo use the eye (like the sharingan).

Not really, its the reverse actually. He had multiple chances to demonstrate his ability to absorb jutsu but never did.

It’s called plot. There’s something that can be said about every ninja on why they didn’t use a certain jutsu. Sasuke’s Rinnegan has never be stated to weaker or even different from other Rinnegans.

It is a different rinnegan but that's not all. He has one rinnegan while those jutsus were used by people with two. Everything is a plot in a story, so yeah, but if we are going to give him something, he needs to at least show it once. Or else a lot of characters can have hax powers based on speculations and deductions.

That's not entirely true, a single rinnegan can still use the 6 paths powers as confirmed by Obito. He was going to use the human path on Yamato but Kabuto stopped him. The manga also made it clear that somebody with the Rinnegan can use the powers of the 6 paths. The only thing I could see being a problem is the power/speed of the tech, although hiqs solo stare negged 9 tailed beasts.

But obito didn't use all six abilities either. In any case, without feats drawing conclusions will give many characters hax abilities. I'll give you an example, minato can selectively teleport things using his chakra. In theory he can solo susano like its nothing. But we won't be saying that in threads, will we?

On top of that we have a conclusive statement from Obito that he was going to use the human path+ Madara taught him the 6 paths jutsu. Yeah madara taught obito six paths jutsu when obito didn't even have rinnegan. So that proves nothing. It simply means sasuke may be able to use those jutsu potentially but he doesn't have them yet.

As for kakashi level chakra, it doesn't matter since he transported full kurama while alive and susano isn't bigger than that.
