Sexism or Sakura hate?

People calling Sakura genes "fooder genes" because she can't pass down her skill;charkra control, intellegence, genjutsu prowess, etc.(which was proven wrong). Yet, when the Nara clan come into play,and eveyone accept the fact that the Shikas are super smart.

Why is this?

It's both but mostly sexism. You never see this kind of downplay in inheritance when the topic is what a child would get from their father. Look at literally every thread regarding how Naruto would've turned out if Minato were around & he didn't have the fox. People constantly slap Uchiha trademarked abilities onto Sarada with little positive mention of Sakura's influence when it's a fact Sakura's influence should hold more weight seeing how Sasuke is never around.

It's Sakura hate. We expected her to honor her own surname. But it seems she is not even able to do that.

That's when the fodder genes come into play.

In truth, there are no "fodder genes" really (save for maybe genetically inherited negative ailments such as certain diseases). Sakura's genes are perfectly fine. They just aren't particularly special like an Uchiha's or anyone with a KKG.

The problem is just the fact that Kishimoto made it so that the strongest characters are strong because of their genes or some other special trait like a bijuu.

Because of this, fans came to the conclusion that if a parent doesn't have a KKG then their genes are just fodder genes.

Hence, Sakura's genes get called fodder genes.

Honor her own surname? How? Why? It is common in America, Japan and many other nations (and presumably Konoha) for a wife to take their husband's last name.

They are fodder genes when compared to others like Temari, Hinata, and Karin. At least if she was from a clan like the Inuzuka or Nara it would be better for the kid. Even Karui managed to pass on her lightening to Chocho.

REally, Temari was a failed host.
Hinata was a failed Hyugga heir.
Karin was a specailish, but we dont know enought about the uzumaki to know, nor do we know if she can pass down that trait.

Sakura literaly had no flaws but chakra reserves. And Sarada inherted all of Sakura's skills.
Temari didn't seem to pass down anything but a summoning contract.

Temari wasn't even a good example, unless she has magnet release and can host the 1 tailed beast.

And Sarada is already jonin level because of her enhanced inttelect and chakra control from Sakura. I dont understand what a good nose or a few extra calories could do for her that she can't already do?

Its Kishi's fault because he made her to be amazing but doesn't allow her to show her prowess. It annoys me because she is elite only sometimes. I don't really understand the role they made for her either. I wouldn't say it's sexism because Kaguya is the strongest by far. Its just poor portrayal of her character.

That doesn't negate them being fodder, she failed at destroying the vessel a duty with which she was tasked by Hamura. I don't character bash so I won't add more to it.
