I am open minded, he could be refering to the Jougan. The Jougan might as well be that power.. Toneri left the hint for us.

It doesn't make sense if it is chakra. Boruto goes from not being able to make a meaningful Rasengan because he doesn't have the chakra for it (Present in both the movie/manga/anime version) to have is "chakra" being praised by Momoshiki? With all due respect, i am not buying it.

I will give Boruto his refined CC for being able to handle that huge rasengan 'tho.

He's likely referring to Byakugan blood especially if we take the filler into consideration.

Lets travel a little in the past..

When the databook was out i voiced my opinion. These stats can't be taken seriously BUT they are by the author, so it is what it is. I actually think the thread was done by me..

According to Kodachi, Boruto has a low chakra pool and Shikamaru is stronger than Naruto. Isn't the premise that the author makes things canon? When things don't go the way of the sunshine family, sunshine fans get riled up.
