Let's assume that he has had the fruit for no more than 5 seconds. Where would he stand with it? I think he could be a match for even Doflamingo.

Sabo I understand but there's no way the guy would be weaker than Ace. He may not be throwing balls as huge as Ace did so soon, but even his smallest of blasts would pack more of a punch than 90% of Ace's skillset.

I don't think it would matter much. I think he could compete with lower to middle tier supernovas like caribou and cavendish
