Naruto vs Rock Lee (Chunin Exams)

Rock Lee is from the Chūnin Exams Preliminaries Arc while Naruto is from the Chūnin Exams Finals Arc.

Location: Chunin Exam Arena.

Starting distance 50 meters.

If Lee knocks Naruto out before he could ask Kurama for help, then Lee....if not, then probably Naruto - ura renge shouldn't really be that powerful against Naruto using Kurama's power. But i may be wrong and ura renge could knock Naruto out....

Rock Lee shits on him with the 5th gate. If you restrict it, Lee would have some trouble with the clones. Naruto's multi clone jutsu is what makes up for his lack of speed. They can shield him, and it's difficult to dodge so many attacks at the same time. But, unless Naruto summons Bunta, there's no way his attacks are touching Lee, even with shadow clone jutsu. Lee wins.

Even with a small detachment of clones Naruto was able to close the distance and get to vital weak points within Gaara's armor. He then just spawned even more clones and pounded him...

Lee shits. A weaker version of Lee was doing far better than SRA Naruto against Kimi. Keep in mind that Naruto was using Kuramas chakra in that fight. So honestly no contest.

Wouldn't this then imply Naruto's speed was equal to Sasuke and Lee? The Gaara he fought was one who for some reason didn't have auto defense anymore. Also, the sand was heavy on his body and i believe he needed to launch himself with trees for fast movement. Naruto hitting this Gaara doesn't compare to the Gaara that was hit by Sasuke and Lee.

Can those situations really be compared though? He literally had to launch himself at Sasuke pre almost complete partial transformation and from the time Gaara completed the partial transformation up until Naruto tagged him with the explosive Kunai, Gaara didn't physically move his entire body iirc.

Or better still, do you think this reaction of Naruto would have given him a chance against the Gaara that Sasuke and Lee fought?
