Did Sasuke surpass Madara during VOTE 2? Since he was able to create an Indra Susano'o?

I am not talking about Juubi Madara. I am talking about Rinnegan Madara since he was not a jinchuuriki. Sasuke wasn't one either.

Yeah not even close, his strongest attack Indra arrow is countered by Jubidama. JJ Madara has way more chakra than any version of Sasuke so Sasuke may be able to repeat this 2-3 times and thats when he gets out of chakra needed for Indra arrow while Madara still has enormous amount of chakra for Juubidamas. Every Rinnegan jutsu Sasuke can do Madara can too on greater level thanks to Rikudo senjutsu buff and Juubi chakra.

Hagoromo also confirmed that Mugen Tsukuyomi also allows user to use all power of trapped victims so Madara will have all that chakra into his disposal.3 eye Madara is by big margin above any version of Naruto or Sasuke.
