Like I don’t see that much of a difference in his power from when he’s in akatsuki to later on when he still admits itachis superiority. Like I never thought oro got stronger as the show progressed, I just always thought he was that strong from the beginning

if DSM kabuto was too much for itachi even as an Edo and with EMS Sasuke

then i don't see how Orochimaru isn't on the same level as Kabuto

even though to be Fair Orochimaru is probably one of the easiest characters and an easy target if we speak about genjutsu factor

Well, when Itachi cut Oro's hand, it apparently (for some reason) was a problem to Oro at the time, he could've easily had used oral rebirth, but he didn't...So, I think Oro didn't really have all of his crazy regeneration powers when he was an akatsuki member.

Genjutsu plus Amaterasu and Oro is done, it doesn't matter what he uses when he is burned to ashes.
