Sorry Tauren that's Madara Sama all Minato's fuinn are taught to him by Kushina und hiruzen possesses them as well. Kushina also possesses Fuinn jutsu chains and barriers so she's above him.

I dunno dude, that’s not my issue to figure out lol, he sealed Shisuis eye in the crow, but getting it into naruto def wasn’t conventional, but who knows, it’s itachi, so you could be right. My totsuka comment still stands tho

1- Maybe. I'm not surprised that the nine tails didn't sense it, more than the fact he sealed a physical crow inside Naruto.
