Is Hamura the most powerful person without any outside source power?

As we know there are those who becomes Jinchuuriki and steal dojutsu from others to gain powers or get chakra from Sage. But it doesn’t look like Hamura has done anything like that, yet he is powerful.

Hashirama is another one who became powerful without sealing entity or stealing body parts to make him powerful.

Orochimaru literally user an entire body for power and living.

True however the Jyubi's true power(Rinnesharingan) was sealed by Hogaromo and Hamura. He may have got the bodily benefits of being it's Jin but we can't say for sure.

That stayed normal, yes. If we consider every character version though, I'd say Hagoromo before becoming a host is equal to him if not stronger.

Honestly, if you consider chakra fruit, indra / ashura reincarnations, jinchuurikis, asspulled dojutsus and such, you cross out 99% of the top tier.

Hagaromo = Jinchuuriki
Hashirama = Ashura reincarnation
Madara = Indra reincarnation, dojutsu stealing
Naruto = Jinchuuriki
Sasuke = Madara

The only thing we know about Hamura is that he has purple chakra.
