If Kawaki defeats Naruto, where is Sasuke?

In the remote (my opinion) hypothesis of Kawaki killiing Naruto, what happened to Sasuke?

What is your theory on this?

It looks like something may have happened to both Naruto and Sasuke because Boruto looks like he's wearing Sasuke's clothes and has his sword. I hope I'm wrong though.

Boruto is taking after Sasuke so he has his clothes and Sasuke probably passed on one his swords to teach Boruto with.

OT: I can't even fathom how Kawaki gets the physical power and Brains to take out Naruto and Sasuke. Even without ninjutsu Sasuke and naruto are very powerful
