EMS Sasuke would be problematic though, brains wise. But if he launches himself into the fight, he's easily outted. But Sasuke wouldn't want his other self to walk right into peril, so that's quite tricky.
Playing out the most important scenarios with Sasuke replacing Sakura here's what we get: when Naruto is nearly dead to a haemorrhage, this Sasuke tries to keep Naruto as faintly alive as possible, but since he lacks the Medical Ninjutsu he cannot, so Naruto at that moment is already a lost cause.
But Hagoromo manifests himself in the depths of Naruto's and Sasuke's consciousness anyways, so Naruto might be saved there.
When Obito wants the Rinnegan destroyed, Sasuke does not need to suppress any emotions since he already didn't like Obito at that point so the eye is successfully destroyed.
And this actually changes the course of events. Madara doesn't obtain full power, so he never becomes that much of a threat.
When Sasuke and Naruto get back, Madara's as weak as they found him and worse, because he never retrieves his Rinnegan and become strong enough to block a punch from Sakura (just to point this possibility out) and most importantly, he isn't strong enough for Sasuke and Naruto, and he gets sealed before he gets transgendered.
And so, EMS Sasuke actually might not be irrelevant, but this is a mere speculation. But if this Sasuke only appears right after Kaguya's revived, he's as irrelevant as Tenten in Shippuden.
Or assuming, Sasuke stands on the side-lines and only intervenes carefully, and seldom recklessly, like Sakura, in fact let's give him Sakura's fight and modes.
Without a unnecessary play-by-play, in all those scenarios, doing what Sakura did, he performs much worse because he cannot even perform Medical Ninjutsu to save a dying Naruto. So EMS Sasuke as a Sakura artifact becomes completely useless and invalid.
