Why do people say Naruto honed his powers after VOTE 2??

When Naruto acquired RSM it came with Universal comprehension of all things.

He instantly subconsciously understood any and all aspects of his powers.

Which was why he could use C.O.A.T to bring back Kakashi eye but couldnt explain how he did.

and also how he could fly but couldnt explain how he did it.

Learning no longer applies to Naruto.

Universal comprehension of all things allowed him to enter a state where he wouldnt need to train or hone his skill.

He had already instantly mastered all of his powers.

The only thing he couldve honed at this point was his Taijutsu

C O A T only comes in the mode I believe..
I think as long as he experiences whatever he does in RSM then he would/should have an understanding of it in his base mode from that moment on. But if he doesn't experience it in the mode then he cant explain what it is because of the inexperience it..

If that's correct then he still has tones to learn without using the mode all the time for comprehension, an of course every1's taijutsu can get better..

Naw he needed to learn his new powers... we only seen an untamed rsm naruto which was op but a true master rsm Naruto wouldn't need clones or help from 9 failed. Naruto had a new vast amount of unobtained control and mastery of his new charka... he had passed he previous limits but a new one was just open . We have yet to see the limit of rsm naruto

True Naruto randomly started flying because of plot, he randonly healed Guy sensei, Obito and Kakashi because of plot. Comprehension of all things is the reason for that or a way to explain it away there's no doubt. He went from getting freebies to being given a broken freebie that way they can explain any future techs or abilities Naruto may use.
