Frog Kata's air impacts are only thrown as fast as Naruto's own swings & punches. If Sakura doesn't have knowledge of it, I don't lack belief that she could get hit by the air, but she would never get hit by his fists given her speed feats.

Sakura's speed is a plot hole..in reality, she shouldn't have been able to touch Kaguya. Speed stopped playing a role around chapter 600..with the exception of Guy's 8th gate. Basically any jonin level shinobi should be able tot ouch her. Naruto won't even need a SM and Sasuke a sharingan to pwn her.

Sakura had consistently shown impressive speed during the War Arc AFTER her Byakugo improved. There's 3 things off the top of my head that come to mind. Her attacking Kaguya, her attacks on Madara, and her attempt at evading the Juubi's hand.

Honestly I think base naruto and sasuke tag teaming her would probably win relatively easy, even if restricted to base. But Sakura is smart and if she’s allowed full intel versus base naruto or base sasuke I think they’d have a pretty tough time fighting her
