Sarada is a side character and nothing more. Like seriously, even Sakura had a bigger role in Naruto than what Sarada has in Boruto.

She may end up "badass" in the same vein as DBZ characters or Kaguya/Momoshiki. All flashy over the top OP attacks with little to no substance. So she may be badass, but there's no room to make her interesting with her lack of relevance or personal story.
