Are there prison cells in konohagakure?

But like, are there criminals in there? And if they are what is their opinion on Sasuke and Orochimaru? Or even Kabuto? Do they think it's unfair?

Btw, there was a filler episode in Vote 1 where a bunch of Konoha criminals broke out and took control of a prison. I don’t remember which episode though but I definitely remember it happening.

They had Sasuke in a cell for some time, as well as those two people from the Sasuke shinden arc

Kakashi/Naruto probably reformed it like they said in the shinden arc. Finding ways to break hatred.

Of course, they’re not gonna let everybody slide though. People like the minions thieves are the type to definitely get locked away
