The manga is what’s being argue here because the Naruto series are not going to pull exact replication of what the Buddhist mythos. It’s common sense.

1. Hagoromo was never called just "six paths". Six Paths translates to Rikudō and Hagoromo was never called just that. He was called Rikudō Senin = Sage of six paths. You underlined the six paths only and left a "sage" word in your first scan lol.
2. SPSM is a power mode, which Naruto also possess, yet he was never officially called "Sage of Six Paths". Sage of Six Paths is a title, a title which belongs to Hagoromo for a reason, which I explained.
3. We know it now, that Rinnegan alone isn't what makes you sage of six paths, but we did not know it back in the days when those statements about 2nd and 3rd so6p were made. Except that he did, he was talking in context of Madara, and Madara awakened Rinnegan. What part of "I am Uchiha Madara" you did not understand? Everything Obito said during his fight with Konan, was referring to Madara. When Konan said that he doesn't have both uchiha and senju powers, he explained that he acquired Hashirama's power during their previous battle, which later on lead to awakening Rinnegan, hence becoming 2nd so6p.

Obito was able to use a complete izanagi, because of Hashirama's DNA and he never called himself so6p. Obito never reproduced six paths chakra, because he never combined Indra's and Ashura's chakra. He only had Hashirama's DNA.
And yet chakra alone doesn't make you so6p. Kakashi wasn't so6p when he got rikudou chakra from Obito.
