The real world has certain weaponry that can reach NV level (ie. Nuclear weapons, certain bomber planes, tanks, etc...), but NV soldiers >>>>>>> real world soldiers.

At that era, spies already existed. Polonium did too. Put some in the coffee of those generals. And steal or destroy the machine. That's what happened with nazi nuclear plans.

They only have one cannon which, as powerful as it is, can be destroyed by long range missiles. And as for spies infiltrating the village, kabuto already showed that it’s possible to be a successful spy in NV and real world history is brimming with successful spies

Good luck ordering that missle before they fire that cannon. And can those spies produce the same abilities as Kabuto so they can pass as ninjas in Naruto?

I get what you’re saying. NV would definitely have an easier time of it even today lol so idk when we’d end up passing them
