That being said, the 3rd Raikage and the 4th Raikage are on par in terms of strength and speed, with the 3rd having a tad more bit durability, and the 4th having a tad more bit speed.
So its safe to say that because I proven that KCM Naruto can defeat the 3rd Raikage, then he can defeat the 4th Raikage from sheer NUMBERS alone.
