Sasuke in theory should be capable of Offensively Kamui sniping someone.

1) Sasuke has shown the ability to open portals to different dimensions.

2) He's shown the ability to swap himself and objects between two different dimensions.


Can someone explain to me why he can't send someone to a different dimension simply through sight? Just like Kakashi's Kamui. Ofcourse im not referring to plot restrictions.

Maybe he’s unable to use ameno to swap through dimensions? Maybe despite the portal acting as a bridge between the two dimensions, sasuke would still only be able to actively use ameno in just one at a time

Well as mentioned opening portals seems to be a lil taxing, on top of that they don’t look very fast, id assume by the time he’s got one open the opponents noticed. Seems kinda like a waste of chakra though doesn’t it?

In Kinshiki fight he opened portal in an instant - either that, then swap.

It’s not kamui but he can open spiraling rifts to other dimensions like Obito did to save him. I don’t think he can do anything offensively or defensively with it like kamui, he never used it in the middle of battling before.
