Why are Uchiha, Senju, Hyuga, etc considered humans?

If the Uchiha, Senju, Hyuga, Uzumaki, etc are related to Hagoromo would that make them aliens instead of human? Take DBZ an example Gohan was born on earth but he is Saiyan due to his dad.

Wouldn’t those clan stated have ootsutsuki powers like turning people to fruit to eat them?

The above are all technically correct answers, but I also wondered why Urashiki considered Toneri to be "part of the clan" and not Naruto or Sasuke. I mean, he took the name "Otsutsuki," but the moon clan is just Hamura's human descendants, just like the Hyuga.

I believe Hagoromo and Hamura had the power to turn people into chakra fruits but chose not to and instead prefered Ninshuu.

For Indra, I believe he is more Otsutsuki and prefer their way of life, the strong eats the weak. However, he has no power to do so as you require a RS tier power.
Of course, we wouldn't know that for sure as I think even for Indra, it was never an option. His true motive was to be the strongest so that he can defend the weak. The entire war started because Hagoromo chose a less fitting successor, which eventually forcing him to commit on being a bad guy.

Like an above member has asserted, the alien dna left over in the clans has waned significantly over time and their birth place is earth. Aliens have to be extra terreristial and not of the planet in question, so automatically, you aren't one, if you're born on the questionable planet.
