Why do people compare Madara to Kaguya?

I mean I thought about it and I just don’t see how he can win.

He has no means to counter her attacks.

All killing ash bone alone counters his whole arsenal.

Susanoo won’t protect him so that’s out.

He can’t dodge something that fast. Even if he could react and dodge it she’ll use yomotsu hirasaka to make another appear from a different angle and hit him.

She’ll regenerate from his attacks or absorb them.

Not too mention she can merged with nature itself and attack you with the planet.

There’s no countering that.

She literally would’ve soloed sasuke with a strand of hair 30 seconds after being revived had Naruto not saved him.

I just don’t see Madara scaling up to her.

Madara reaches the height of his potential with both Rinnegans and absorbed the Jyubi gaining Rikudou Senjutsu on Hagromoo’s level on paper.
So people assume that he should be strong enough to beat her.

Realistically he can’t even beat Hagormoo and Kaguya has harvest a sea of chakra for like a milineum now so the gab is real.

Madara could probably brawl with her. But if Kaguya goes haywire and starts spamming omni-directional techniques, there's only a crack of hope for Madara,

Limbo clones are a limited sacrifice route for survival but the damage returns to the user, so he eventually meets his demise if Limbo is all the defense he's got. At least Naruto could use some high caliber ruse to avoid being taken out by Kaguya's ash killing bones and Sasuke had Ameno worth x4 dodges at best if he couldn't hide behind one of Naruto's shadow clones.

There's also the seal conundrum, against which Madara will find himself in automatic defeat without two of them to seal Kaguya. So even if there is a window of opportunity to defeat her, seal absence makes fighting Kaguya futile.

I think it's kind of unfair and dishonesty on the writer's part that the likes of Boruto are able to contend with god tiers while Madara, a god tier himself, is unable to. This a real problem, when you think of how nerfed Madara was. He had all the powers under the sun and was on a good path, to accumulating more, if he was given more time with Sasuke and Naruto, whom he would eventually have defeated, had plot not favored the destined kids over a will driven god project his version of peace into the world, but was still defeated, and nerfed enough to be backstabbed by the weakest in the food chain.
