lol you are comparing situations where they are zooming in with their eyes vs just visualizing a target. While Yes hidden mist produces a "Cloud of Chakra" this still does not disprove that they can't see Organs especially since the organs themselves produce Chakra.

Also to sort of "Credit" your point the manga is hella inconsistent with Sharingan vision but one thing is for certain. Their vision is WAY more enhanced when they actually focus or zoom in vs typical vision.
