She was written poorly and rushed. However she's stronger than Madara and Obito. RSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke would stomp JJ Obito and were tossing Madara around countering everything he was doing. Do you know why? Deadline. From Madara's fight and onward, everything got rushed in an attempt to finish it at chapter 700.

If you want to talk about experience, then Madara had less than a day of experience as a JJ. That goes for Naruto and Sasuke as well as they were getting used to their new powers. Being experienced with one set of powers won't automatically make you an expert with any new set of powers you acquire. The whole BZ thing though had to do with Madara not expecting BZ to do what he did though even if he could sense him.

Madara was defeated by kishimoto as i said above and plot no jutsu

but still the main characters along with Edo Kages and Kakashi couldn't defeat him
