Naruto gains flight TSOs mastery of all chakra nature types yin yang release when using rsm. Plus he’d need rikudo senjutsu to even enter that mode, which the use of is indicated by 9 tomoe and rinnegan on his back, which he got from the chakra of each biju. Naruto lost those biju hakra before the last. That was proven in the shikamaru novels. Hokage Naruto only uses kurama, and kurama himself admits he alone isn’t enough to achieve six paths senjutsu.
Madara obito Naruto hagromo all had the juubi’ power, and so they each got six paths senjutsu. Its as simple as that. Sages use sage chakra(senjutsu), likewise six paths sages use six paths senjutsu. It’s common sense that Naruto has to collect senjutsu before entering sage mode, he also has to have six paths senjutsu before entering rsm. Until Naruto regain that, he has an unusable form.

Like I have said several times, Naruto still has RSM. Not using a jutsu from that mode is not evidence of him losing that mode. RSM is a jutsu and the manga is notorious for having characters use a jutsu once. There are several jutsu Sasuke has only used once in the manga. When they fought Momoshiki and he caught everyone in his shadow binding jutsu, Sasuke should have been able to use his absorption jutsu to absorb the shadow jutsu but he didn't. Based on some people's post Sasuke no longer possess that jutsu becasue he didn't used it, which is not true.

Sage told us the tail beast can communicate to each other through Naruto. That's only possible if Naruto has their chakra. Sage stated the tail beast wasn't need to help cancel IT becasue Naruto possesses all of their chakra. During Naruto's battle with Sasuke he completely ran out of all chakra in his body. Yet, after he woke up the next morning and had time to recover he was able to help Sasuke cancel IT. The tail beast was still sealed away in Sasuke's jutsu so they wouldn't have been able to give Naruto more chakra. That means the chakra the tail beast gave Naruto is permanently his and he is able to regenerate the charka without a direct connection to the tail beast. No one should be surprise by this. Remember, the gold and silver cloud brothers permanently had the 9 tails chakra, even after death they retained his chakra.
Last, Kishi show us what Naruto's eyes look like when he uses RSM. That hasn't change so that means he still has RSM. Everyone who is denying that is denying manga facts.

Let me be clear, having rsm and using rsm are different things. Minato hasn’t used sage mode since he died 17 years prior to the last war. He still manages to gather senjutsu and enter sage mode. Naruto is literally in that same situation except it’s rsm instead.
Naruto had lost the biju chakra. That isn’t an opinion nor is it desputable. I have a novel page that says he has one tailed beast and vestiges.
A vestige implies something is lost. Naruto lost his 8 biju chakra. He can get more if he does like obito did and transfer their chakra into himself. Til then it’s as I stated, he can not use that form.
Hagoromo said that he could use their chakra for discussion, yet in the recent episode of boruto shikamaru had to update Naruto on the status of Bee and Gyuki.

Momoshinki was a huge threat yet he didn’t call the 8 Bijuu to give their chakra to him.
Toneri was a big threat yet he didn’t call on the 8 Bijuu.
Naruto had opponent to use RSM + 9 Bijuu yet refuse to do so.
By the way nothing was stated Naruto doesn’t have the other 8 Bijuu chakra. Those Bijuu chakras are like the actual Bijuu with conscious.
