It’s unconfirmed I believe but he can’t turn it off his rinne so yea, it’s more than likely on purpose to cover it

Also, just call Boruto his student. Boruto is obviously Naruto's son, so to call him Sasuke's son aswell implies a gay relationship between Naruto and Sasuke and we both don't want that lol.
