Depends on if theyre as fast as Rayleigh or not. So far, Rayleigh is the only person to catch kizaru

Kizaru is strong as shit and some of these characters are featless. All we know is that Kaido bitched out 3 worst generations in one go.

Z also caught him and he did it with a giant lump of metal on his arm. Before the inevitable argument comes "but that isn't canon", It was still written by Oda. So in Oda's mind this is still how Kizaru functions, he is still a regular catachable human and he isn't light speed most of the time.

Besides Marco was also able to kick him into a building, and there was plenty of time to dodge that. Even normal speed fighters can fight him.

Lol he isn't the strongest Admiral.
He never contested for the Fleet Admiral post.
Also in the movie Z it was said that he only relied on his DF and all the admirals are fast as seen Aokiji froze 2 giant tsunamis within seconds.
