Swords, Kunais, & Physical Strength

Quick question for those that want to answer, if two nin where to clash with a sword and a kunai and stalemate, is the person with the kunai physically stronger? One would assume the sword’s length would lend more power in a swing than a kunai. Thoughts?

Depends on the handles of the weapons. No ones gonna be grabbing a sword by the blade, but if they can use two hands with it and still stalemate a Kunai then the kunai wielder would be stronger

I mean we sort of see it when Kakashi and Zabuza clash. They were evenly matched when it comes to physical strength at the time I would assume and it ended in a stale mate.

That’s kinda what I’m saying though, for kakashi to hold evenly with both hands on a kunai while zabuza is using the executioner with both hands as well, isn’t a lot easier to push on the bigger object with force than the smaller?

Typically, a long sword outmatches a dagger because of length. If both ninjas were to clash and the result was even, then the result is experienced. Its what Zetsu said.

Depends on the leverage. No matter how big your sword is you're still going to exert the same amount of force as the opponent you're blocking from the base (bottom part next to the guard) of the sword. The only time physical feat is applied is if you block the end of the blade with a kunai knife or your bare hands.

theoretically, if the sword and kunais metal composition are of equal durability then the kunai would still be harder to break than the sword.

so it would really depend. what kind of sword are we talkin? a longer sword has a higher chance of breaking depending on the width and thickness

a kunai can defeat normal sword but not legendary sword made from rare materials . sasuke sword are one of them . not even madara or momoshiki can able to break sasuke's sword

That proves it depends on the power level of the user. Though thier special blades which are hyped to cut down everything which do not warrant physical power of it's wielder to accomplish such.

It depends on the user. Breaking the sword hardly matters if you aren’t skilled.

None of them attempted to break Sasuke sword.
