Sasuke witnessed Momoshiki's conversation with Boruto?

After the conversation was over you could clearly tell that Sasuke was bothered by something despite Boruto killing Momoshiki at the moment.

I believe his rinnegan allowed him to hear or see Momoshiki and Boruto talking to each other. What's your opinion on this?

They did bad in the anime. Sasuke was like opened his eyes wide open to see - they did better in the manga. The time stopped and Rinnegan was only thing active.

What happened in the movie? I dont think Boruto got his seal

Yeah, Jougan & Karma Seal were no existent in the movie. Momoshiki just dies.

I think that in the anime something was shown to give that hint. The scene where they focus Sasuke face with his eyes wide open while Momoshiki is "travelling" to outer space, at least that was the idea that i stayed with.

OP's doubt was in relation to the anime (I think) and to be honest it can leave some space for doubts because in the Manga it was more than obvious. I don't know if the Manga can be related to the animated series at this point. Quite sure people know that Sasuke saw it in the Manga.
