This....I made plenty threads about Hanzo. He has no feats but imo he beats nagato. When pain came to him he hadn't fought in YEARS. And he was at peace meaning he didn't want to fight anymore.

He's definitely the most underrated. I feel they had to nerf him in the end as their was no way for anybody(Naruto and the boys) to actually beat a full powered Kisame.

Choji, while not weak does not have very many significant feats.

I'll go with Hanzo. Mifune had resistance to his poison while 6pop don't breathe since they are dead bodies. His poison can be used as a smoke screen and the enemies would have to fight without inhaling it while he actively tries to kill them.
