Can Obito kamui teleport him anywhere

Can his Kamui teleport him anywhere he wants in couple seconds (of course by this I mean within one dimension not traveling between dimension) ?

Is there manga scan supporting this.

He got to Sasuke pretty fast, but maybe it still takes some time, don't know if it's instant.

If he knows or has seen the location. It's clear that he doesn't automatically have knowledge of how to get to random places or the surroundings of those random places. Naruto wouldn't have been able to hide if that was the case.

I should think so, while he was fighting Minato he followed him instantly. Obito can scan entire dimensions/worlds I don't know if he gained that as a Rokudo chakra power enhancement or it's his own power level.

I was wondering about that as well, like how could Obito used Kamui to where Minato teleported to when he grabbed Minato's arm, not like he knew about the location?

Obito's Time space is a dimension where there is no concept of space or time, so when traveling through kamui to a certain destination there is no time when he is traveling.

How come Madara didn't exit the dimension the moment he entered it if that's the case? Team 7 literally waited for him to return. I think only instant part of it is the movement after the ability takes form.

That does not prove what you're saying because it'd be just as applicable if time had flown in Kamui Land. Sasuke is also not a reliable source for understanding these kinds of obscure controls over an obscure ability. For all we know, Madara overheard the last bit of Naruto's words. Kakashi even notes that Madara was appearing in front of them, so the portal may have began materializing before the middle panel of this page.

@Bold, Sasuke has not seen anything within the realm to give him such an idea. And I agree with the Kakashi part. I'm under the assumption that the rippling allowed Madara to hear the other side just as an opened Kamui Hole allows people to see the other side.

Tobi has warped Sasuke at least 3 times already and Uchiha’s observation skills on jutsus is second to none. Just look at how Sasuke figured out Danzo’s incomplete izanagi.
So you’re wrong there.
The rest you said is your assumption so there’s nothing I can say about that. The ripple didn’t open up a hole for you to see through it either so I’m not sure on what you’re talking about.
