Black Zetsu is basically saying Kabuto was the tool used to try and enhance madara which was I.E bring him back Younger and stronger but with his Old wrinkle abilities and not just his EMS abilities. It actually makes sense that Black Zetsu would use Kabuto has a fail safe since Obito had no REAL way of bringing Madara back other than sacrificing himself or nagato

Not sure if you guys read the OP but I was basically stating why Madara was revived Younger. Not Kabuto giving him "New" powers.

This doesn't really explain why or how he was revived younger, but we already know how.

It was explained that Kabuto added Senju DNA to Madara's edo body, thus restoring his youth. By rules of the jutsu, Madara could only have been revived old. Adding Senju DNA later modified the Edo.
