Naruto pain arc SM but i'd put jiraya and him on same footing as jiraya had more experience and was versatile.
Sasuke after itachi's fight, which makes it MS. sure hebi beat orochimaru but by his own admission that was sick orochimaru with no jutsu.

Sakura war arc was able to tank and counter JJ Madara's TSB rods, tank a point blank limbo and fuel Obito's dimensional travel. She was the reason Kaguya with her KKM fuled movements was knocked back into the path of the fuinn jutsu for sealing.

Sasuke armless Orochimaru as Hebi Sasuke but an Orochimaru with arms probably on the acquisition of MS/EMS.

Sakura showed better medical potential than Tsunade and her elder medics (Chiyo), her strength was more or less on par with Tsunades, Tsunade evasive skills or eyes are t as sharp as Sakuras....though tsuande never really fought seriously in the manga, and Sakura natural genjutsu affinity was said to make her surpass Tsunade by Kakashi.
And the fact that war arc Sakura instantly knew how to work her seal, control her summoning and use her healings with ease is way above Tsunade.
Which isn’t bashing tsuande , it’s just showing how Sakura somehow surpassed perfection.

Naruto was always stronger than jiraiya because of his ninetailed chakra .

Naruto and Sakura aren't Oro's students.

Naruto-->Jiraiya.
Sakura-->Tsunade.
Sasuke-->Orochimaru.

Each one of them should only be compared to their sensei (which is basically what everyone did here).

I thought KCM-Naruto surpassed Jiraiya personally. Not saying Jiraiya is weak but KCM Naruto was outright broken with it's clones and rasengan variants + Rasenshuriken. Even with Experience I can't see Jiraiya taking on 2-3 KCM Clones + Original

For me its hard to say considering armless Orochimaru never had intentions to kill Sasuke only capture which is much harder. While Hebi Sasuke was powerful I really think if Orochimaru wasn't weak from his host rejecting him and had killing intent he could have pressured and/or defeated MS Sasuke in armless state. With arms maybe even take out EMS Sasuke considering Kabuto's research on countering Sharingan. Speculation but its possible Kabuto simply continued Orochimaru's research rather than developing his own.

I'll have to disagree Jiraiya has senjutsu and two toad sages who he has synergy with to back him up. At KCM Naruto still had to worry about Kurama. Then he also has to worry about their combo attacks even with clones. Rasengan variants wont help him much against them. Naruto with KCM couldn't really tag the 3rd Raikage who was being controlled and was forced to rely on SM for it's superior sensory abilities. Jiraiya has the very same abilities and the two sages assisting him.

Here Madara, Obito and Kakashi confirm that shadow clone numbers are meaningless in front of those with superior intellect. They do allow for wearing opponents down but SM Jiraiya and the two sages have the chakra and jutsu and variety to deal with such a sitaution. At beast mode Naruto had developed a hide that could tank Bijuu dama and Kurama's assistance which amped him manyfold. Jiraiya and the sages don't really possess anything which eould serve as a valid counter at this point.

You're underrating 3 tomoe Hebi Sasuke, he has access to Orochimaru's jutsu + the curse mark to amp the strength of his 3 tomoe genjutsu. It's more than enough to deal with armless Orochimaru his intentions of wanting or not wanting Sasuke's body have no bearing on it. For an Orochimaru with arms who has access to a plethora of jutsu and Edo, I dont see Hebi Sasuke dealing with them. The only one who can is MS Sasuke if we're being generous to Sasuke but defintiely EMS Sasuke.
