Madara and Obito blood ties

I was reading over the manga a thought crossed my mind about Obito's claimed kinship to Madara. Upon closer inspection I tealsied Obito is in fact related to Madara by blood.

The proofs:

Both Madara and Obito share unique hairstyle for the Uchiha clan which doesn't require gel to maintain.

The hairstyle of adult Obito is the same as Madara's.


Some may argue that's not really proof although it should be more than enough. Kishi has been dropping hints everywhere through out the manga. Here's a connection of exclusive abilities.

Madara confirms only he could see through clones telling us it's a unique bloodline trait.

Kakashi with Obito's sharingan was able to see through the Shadow clone.

Obito's eye shares the same power/bloodline trait to discern between the originals and clones as Madara’s Sharingan.

That is the case for their relationship your thoughts?

On another note do you think Obito's parents were murdered by followers of Tobirama Senju in an attempt to eliminate the bloodline/traces of Madara?

I usually dislike threads that make Obito seem descendant of Madara, but the way you put it. It seems legit.

Maybe Obito's parents died because Danzou was alredy trying to get rid of the Uchiha slowly?

I think he's a direct descendant Madara did claim only he could see through dopplegangers. If there was another then the statement would become invalid.

The war against the Uchiha began in the time of Tobirama, when he was Edo Tensei'd he showed fear of Madara. It would be protocol to take out the family of the one you fear somebody like Madara is likely to rise from one of his descendants. They would be primary targets although I think it would be too blatant in Tobirama's time to take them out. Since it would be done at a later date the likely culprit would be Danzo or possibly even Hiruzen it's the only way I see Obito surviving.

Me thinks Madara didn't orchestrate the events but went out to retrieve Obito. He was likely keeping tabs on his descendant from a distance. The land of Grass(bridge of mission) is two countries away from the mountains graveyard(Madara's base). It makes no sense for Madara to come across him by chance.

Yes they're all related in some way or another, however that doesn't make one an ancestor of another or viceversa. Obito's claim with the proofs establishes a blood connection. Even though Madara's name was erased from Konoha's history Obito still knew of his and as his ancestor.

I'm connecting him as a blood descendant an actual ancestor, grand child to great grandchild at most.
