1- Orochimaru has always been obsessed with Uchiha and Senju powers ... thus, Rikudo power.
2- Orochimaru possesses both Hashirama and Madara's DNA.
3- He created Mitsuki to be "Genetically PERFECT".
4- Perfection to Orochimaru cannot be without Rikudou Powers.
5- Therefore Mitsuki should have among other DNAs .. those of Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama.

Well, I agree to some extent tbh. Orochimaru has all the tools to make himself perfect - Hashi DNA, perfect clones, infinite Mangekyou Sharingans, Sage Mode, all nature transformations, immortality and more. But considering that this series is about new generations, the focus has to be on young ninja - that's why Mitsuki was introduced. But maybe Orochimaru has some new goals we don't know about.
