Itachi was 13 during the massacre, so we'd have to assume not a single Uchiha was born throughout 13 years excluding Sasuke. It's pretty unlikely that he didn't.

Thank you..I have been saying that for a long time..how in Naruto where passing your clan genes on is a huge deal are we suppose to believe that it so happens when itachi killed his clan the only child born was sasuke..GTFOH.. I will say it, the fans that believe sasuke was the only child only do so to keep that halo over itachi head that he was so pure and without fault or sin in the entire manga...thats a bunch of BS and we know it. I like itachi too but I don't get on my knees and worship at his feet as if he was perfect and we know that killing innocence children/babies is one of the greatest sins anyone can commit.. Not trying to throw shade at itachi but its the flat out truth.
