For a ninja hell no my advice go read Kishi's 3rd databook on how he designs characters outfits especially Sakura's. It's clear her design is to help boost sales to make up for Kopedo's and Ikepedo's inability to write a f***ing decent story.

I don’t understand how you cannot grasp the little fact that fashion changes over time? It is so unrealistic for female fashion to stay the same over a 20 year + period.

You fail to grasp that Kishi gave her a ninja design because she's meant to be a ninja. That has nothing to with fashion especailly on a 12 year old who's goals aren't connected to being a fashion model with high heels.

No she's not, the goals don't tie in hence the criticism which is why i point back to Kishi's design. He did a whole piece on how he designs his characters and their clothing.
