I guess you're right. Though, I believe there's a subtle difference, Naruto had it from birth so he treated it like an extra appendage. It became a habit, likely.

Boruto went in search for outside power, without it being installed in him. That's the difference, if any, I suppose.

Sasuke has lost his bloodlust ever since he became good. If Adult Sasuke had the bloodlust of MS Sasuke, he would have blown Kinshiki into smithereens. Remember how he squeezed Danzo with his Susanoo.

Sasuke's only moves are Ama(gaiden), Ameno, Fireball jutsu(gaiden), PS(gaiden) and Chidori stream via sword. I'd say he uses less than 10 % of his arsenal and that's excluding anything new he could've gathered. level if I was the writer I'd find a way to depower him then let him go all out instead of use nerf. His arsenal is as non existent as his nature (ruthlessness).

If it was just above sakura and she punched it the beam would shatter/split and faltten everbody around her. The fact that it was a long way above her and she not only destroyed it but shattered it indicates she releases the build up energy like a shockwave which was also shown flowing around her fist. Either that or the animator doesn't have a clue as to what he's doing. It's not a shinra tensei punch we only call it that for a joke.
