What actually Urashiki's fishing?

Before this in the train scene I saw he's fishing on Gaara's power but Gaara still has his power and can used it in today episode. And in today episode he stole Mitsuki's SM power. What actually is he doing? Gaara should lost all his power or I miss-looked something important??

My opinion is that he collects what is available without nullifying the usage/recovery of chakra in the future. He basically empties chakra reserves and stores them to use later.

He can use as much as he likes imo. The only thing i can see is he uses his own chakra to fuel the jutsu.

So everything that he stole will remain with him forever, and with continued use he will need tablets that eat Momoshiki

Yes they remain with him forever, and he'll need Momo pills if he wants to live forever not for the jutsu.

I think that the tablets give not only eternal life why then Momoshiki eats them all the time in battle! They strengthen the technique and allow the use of other people's techniques
