Urashiki is using a tool/weapon that absorbs chakra from certain individuals and is capable of using their signature moves as the result. The weapon has the same color and shape as Itachi's Totsuka Sword.

Maybe but I was always under the assumption that the Totsuka blade was liquid and it doesn't prove crap. When Yata mirror and Totsuka were invented by Kishi there were no Otsutsukis characters on the horizon.. but it is also easy to agree with you tbh.

No it isn't. Itachi's weapons are spiritual weapon which do not possess a physical form. And Urashiki's weapon is spiritual as well or that hook would have caused physical damage to both Mitsuki and Gaara but it didn't.

It was called Rinnegan it's the same as Sauce's, another Otsutsuki's Byakugan is fodder yet again. He couldn't even see through a sand clone or water rising through the ground. At least we know why thwy don't rely on it and acquire Rinnegan powers.
