I think Mei wins with mid-high difficulty. Her arsenal can be used effectively to keep enemies away from her. Choji will have a hard time trying to get close to her, though if he does in BM and punches Mei, its game over.

EDIT: I always mix the two lmao. Chojuro wins.

I believe, the OP state, Chouji and, not Choujuro.

OT: Mei likely has the better feats though I'd favour him in terms of speed, probably.

Mei mid-diff her chakra reservoirs seems larger and once he’s in the region for acidic mist he’ll melt away.

Ultimately, both can one shot each other but Chojuro's hax is quicker. He could chop her in half pretty easily at the starting distance.

Keep in mind that Black Zetsu could evade & combat Mei for a good while(he was even sure he could handle her), but was squashed and attempted to run(nigh unsuccessfully) the moment Chojuro decided to extend his sword.

Chojuro hasn't shown a lot but he should be able to match anything Mei can dish out suiton wise. Lava style is useless and she won't last long in CQC.
