There is a huge difference between the two as the divine tree Madara activated was very active and absorbed chakra.



Anyways: I doubt Shinsuusenju can punch it down as you wouldn't use a bat to chop a tree down. If Shinsuusenju had cutting power sure it could bring the 1st tree down easily.

It's feats say, it tanked the combined power of Susanoo and, the Fox's- tailed Bombs which numbered 12, added with former's Chakra-Blades, which's one Blade had enough cutting power to slash three-four mountains in one go.

Probably it won't successfully finish destroying Madara's final-Version, but probably more than enough power for finish destroying former, i.e, the one cut by Rasen-shuriken Bijū Enhanced.

The thing is when madara used deep forest bloom he did it on a large scale and nobody was able to stop it...now hashi can't do it on that scale.


SS basically has the same properties as the tree. It was a reason hashi was so need when he got revived. His sm wood jutsus and knowledge about wood would've key and I think madara knew this.

Madara never creates the God tree, he only absorbed the one Obito left behind. And the god tree absorbed everyone’s chakra and jutsu. Bsm Naruto was negged, the alliance was negged, and Edo Madara including Hashirama had their jutsus absorbed with 0 difficulty.
The God tree is the original wood style and it’s the final form of the jubi itself. To say that any version of hashirama’s Wood style breaks or beat it is complete rubbish.
