About Boruto cheating using the Kote Device

As we know Ninjas must follow the rules, otherwise they are garbage as stated by Kakashi. Naruto explained that the chuunin exams are to test the ninja own abilities, which the Kote device goes against.

Although Naruto share the blame for Boruto cheating. Look at Gaara he is the Kazekage, yet he has time to be with and even teach Shinki. Naruto he is the Hokage and doesn’t have time to be with Boruto and his family and doesn’t teach Boruto anything.

Gaara and Naruto are both Kages, yet one was there for his kid while the other wasn’t there for kid.

That's not true Naruto drew out the kyubi chakra and Naruto used it. There's a clear distinction between that and using the Kote, Naruto made it clear that the exam was to test a ninja's skills not the Kote.

naruto can't teach boruto anything now. everything he had is rasengan , rasenshuriken (too hard boruto can't learn it ) , other rasengan version (too hard too) and spam shadow clone ( impossible because boruto didn't have kumara)

Naruto knows earth element and Sage Mode, maybe Sage Mode is impossible now but later on possible as he grows.

Naruto also has summoning if he taught Boruto summoning he could learn all sorts of jutsu from the toads. I wanted to see somebody whipping out unique techs like Jiraiya sensei. Not necessarily SM but a lot of other jutsu exist, I could think of so many toad based jutsu I could make. I'm sure(not really) the writers aren't less creative than me.

pretty sure this is kyuubi chakra, but anyway I'm just saying that Naruto comes off as a bit of a hypocrite, you can argue that one thing is an electronical device and the other thing is a living being inside his body but it's still borrowing power.

That's not what I'm getting at, Naruto took it at this time and used it and controlled it with his own abilities. At other times he was using it like you said. Also there were no such restrictions in Naruto's exam compared to Boruto's exam. Their purpose was different 1 was to showcase strength and acquire business, the other to nurture young shinobi and help them develop their skills.

I see what you mean but it wasn't Narutos ability it was the Kyuubi's ability, there was no control involved from Narutos side, we know how his controled chakramode looks like. That's why I'm saying Kyuubi offering chakra -> Naruto taking it = Device offering chakra -> Boruto taking it.

Ok, I agree, Naruto has to infuse the chakra into his attacks which shouldn't be a big deal since it mixes with his chakra pool anyway. It still increases his speed and physical attack power aswell.

Boruto kind of just enhanced his own jutsu aswell didn't he?

As for the rest Naruto has two types of access to kurama chakra. The one that mixes with his and enhances his body and raises his chakra reserves as the seal intended. The second is where he gains a temporary surge via drawing out/begiing Kurama where he gains excessive kyubi chakra for use. It's different in the normal chakra in that respect.
