I believe its just plot if a character like teenage Sakura able to defeat Sasori/3rd Kazekage there is no reason for Sarada couldn't neg Shinki which is 3rd kazekage wannabe. Sarada bless with Sharingan and Uchiha things in her but in the end power like Sakura is effective for iron sands. The reason for Sarada lost is because she depending on uchiha things, if she go Sakura just like when Sakura defeated Sasori/3rd Kazekage Sarada will have a justice fight. Sarada should in upperhand because she got something Sakura+Uchiha things, but i just believe this is a plot.

The manga title is Boruto anyway.

Sakura was teen by then. Sarada is way too young. And her sharingan doesn't compensate for inhuman movements chiyo offered. Sakura was a puppet in that fight. Sarada will grow stronger. Sarada fans are just be hasty and well salty after today's episode XD

Yurui was shit - all he knew was how to absorb chakra. Sarada was freshly made genin and she was against someone who's an elite chunin powerful enough to guard the hokage and her mother had a pretty strong genjutsu, her father was the son of the 3rd hokage.
That's like saying that kid Sasuke is weak if he'd fall under Kakashi genjutsu, age difference does matter unless it's some fodder like Yurui.
