But how come she doesn't have it yet? Boruto already knows Rasengan and shadow clones, his fathers' signature moves, while Sarada doesn't have any of Sasuke's signature moves: neither chidori or kenjtusu.

They made Sarada act reckless. They really did it. They could've found hundreds of ways to make her go down, but they chose the one thing they cannot make Sarada, that is to be reckless. lmao

Boruto having PL isn't filler, it's listed on the Boruto Manga DB as one of his techniques. Neither is requiring Sharingan to use Chidori - that was already stated before.

Sasuke pretty much confirmed Burt can't use Chidori so he won't be getting it. It's obvious of anybody foes it'll be Sarada otherwise it'll disappear along with Papasuke.

The Uchiha moves do count, don't forget Sasuke was the last Uchiha, so all Uchiha moves and concepts are his alone until now.

Also, Boruto only got clones and Rasengan, Rasengan coming from Sasuke/Konohamaru. Sarada and Sasuke JUST started spending any time together at all, and she already learned some shurikenjutsu and Fire style from him. Supposedly, she also gets trained with her sharingan. The Uchiha style is necessary to learn before Chidori, if you think about it. I don't think one tomoe would allow efficient usage of Chidori anyways.

Wonder who been teaching her Sharing genjutsu and stuff though. Sasuke needs to show her more of that so she doesn't get wrecked by Mirai anymore lol

She should get it, I was a bit on the fence as boruto is gonna have some kind of PL “chidori” style attack id assume, and I really didn’t want them to have a similar jutsu, but the thought of Sarada chidoring somebody with that cold look in her eyes like kakashi or sasuke would be dope af
