Don't know, I'm afraid of stuff too but I do them anyway, I try to calm down and take one step at a time. I don't know if the fear will ever disappear, I like it when I dont have to face it, but it comes back again and again and again.

What can i do to face my phobia??? like i can't control myself ! help!
There is an interesting exercise one can make. Just be aware that it is your brain playing tricks on you. Your phobia is like a movie playing, your irrational side of the brain projecting thoughts that produce chemical which make you feel things the way you feel.

Phobias aren't a nice thing but if you acknowledge them as a product of the right side of your brain, then you might succeed on overcoming them.

Just remember, it is all in your head, you can control it. Everytime the same thinking pattern begins, just notice those thoughts appearing and stop them, focus on your breeding.

Manga and shit aside, i wish you recover and can overcome this.

Why is a phobia so hard to state publicly? It's not like anyone's gonna judge you for it or even cares about it.

Anyway, read the above. Also, don't back out at the last second and say "I tried", that counts as your phobia giving you the L.

Fear is a lack of security. The goal should be to improve your sense of personal security - you can deal with [scenario that terrifies the shit out of you]. This is the goal behind exposure therapy, to expose you to the situation and then you return unharmed. Attempt to deprogram the neurological pathways.

Not the only method, but straight forward.
